In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are accepting the points below in full and are agreeing to SWP contacting you and requesting your inclusion into future mailings. Please read through the points below before agreeing.
GENERAL
1. Additions to the SWP directory are free. Although the publisher reserves the
right to refuse inclusion to any site without having to give a reason.
2. Every effort is made to keep the directory information up to date and
current. Any information that is sent through out dated with your application is
not the responsibility of SWP.
3. Every application will be hand checked. We do not allow sites to be
redirected or bounced to other destinations other than the one you state in your
application.
4. You can submit as many sites as you wish, as often as you like. We will not
include more than one listing of the same site.
5. We require that all information is up to date and accurate as it is supplied
to us by the person submitting the site.
6. We require an actual email address to contact you to inform of inclusion into
the directory.
7. You agree to allow SWP to use your link anywhere on our site if we deem it
suitable.
8. SWP reserve the right to categorise your site into a specific category that
we see fit if it differs from your desired directory inclusion.
9. SWP reserve the right to communicate with yourself once you have been added
to the directory, using the email address you have provided upon application.
10. SWP reserve the right to change or amend any of these terms and conditions,
within reason, at any time, without giving any prior notice.
AFFILIATES
1. You agree to promote the SWP site and network in a sane and sensible manner.
2. Payments will be made via cheque/paypal or bank transfer at the end of each
month to the name and address supplied to us at the time of application.
3. Changes to information on your affiliate account can be updated at any time,
with written prior notice.
4. SWP reserve the rights to change or alter affiliate terms and conditions
within reason, with prior notice being given in writing to the email address
supplied upon application.
5. SWP reserve the right to email its affiliates while they remain partners with
us to inform of any changes etc to the program.
